Returns & Refunds

Credit or Refund Policy:
We offer a credit or refund with proof of purchase. Free return shipping is provided if your return is the result of our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item). In all other cases, return postage fees will apply.

If your return is not the result of an error on our part, your actual postage fee will apply. Once we receive your returned item, a credit or refund will be issued within 10 business days. You will receive email confirmation sent to the email address provided in your order or receipt.

Actual Postage Fee:
Simple Way Apiaries often shares in the postage costs for your orders. If you choose to return an item(s), we will deduct the full cost of shipping from your refund or charge it separately.

To ensure a smooth refund process, we recommend that you contact us before returning your item(s). When sending your return, please include a written note with the following details:

Original Receipt Requirement

The original receipt or packing slip is required for all returns and exchanges.

Return & Exchange Period

Unopened Products:
Unopened items may be returned within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the issue is due to our error).
Opened Products:
Opened products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons unless the product is defective. In such cases, we will offer a cost-free reshipment or an alternative product.

Restocking Fee:
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. This amount will be deducted from the refund.

Right to Deny:
Simple Way Apiaries reserves the right to deny any return or exchange.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Simple Way Apiaries are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Once the order is handed over to the carrier (e.g., United States Postal Service - USPS), the risk of loss and title for the items transfer to you. Simple Way Apiaries is not liable for orders lost or damaged while in the care of the carrier and does not guarantee a refund for such incidents.

One-Time Courtesy:
At our discretion, Simple Way Apiaries may choose to resend or refund (minus shipping fees) a lost or damaged order while in the carrier's care. This is contingent upon the customer first filing a claim with the carrier and providing proof of the filed claim to Simple Way Apiaries.
